Varietals: Viognier 70%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%
Yield/acre: 2 tons/acre
Winemaking regime: 1/3 fermented in French barriques and left sur lies for 4 months, then blended with 2/3 in inox tank for optimum fresh fruits and structure

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Golden, full body yet dry, balanced acidity, layers of elegant aromas that are long on the palate, opening with ripe apricots/exotic fruits, evolvinginto white flowers, honersuckles, long, clean slightly mineral finish.
